Aparthotel Rules
These rules are established to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests at our aparthotels.
Check-in
From 16:00 to 22:00
Guests are required to inform the property of their expected arrival time in advance.
Check-out
Until 11:00
Cancellation/Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary by apartment type. Please consult our administrator for specific terms when selecting an apartment.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required and will be collected via credit card 7 days before arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of check-out, subject to a property inspection to ensure no damage has occurred.
Children and Beds
Children of any age are welcome.
For accurate pricing and occupancy, please include the number of children in your group and their ages in your search.
All cribs and extra beds are available upon request and incur an additional charge, subject to availability.
No Age Restriction
There is no age requirement for check-in.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed.
Parties/Events
Parties and events are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are allowed only with prior approval from the administrator.
