Booking
To book one or more apartments, use one of the following options:
- Via the booking site booking.com
- By contacting our reservation administrator
Booking via booking.com
Go to the aparthotel page
On the menu bar at the top of the page, use the drop-down list to locate the aparthotel you are interested in and click on it.
Scroll down to booking.com image
Scroll to the bottom of the page and find the booking.com image. Click on the image to be redirected to the section of your chosen aparthotel on booking.com.
Make your reservation
On the website or in the booking.com app, select the dates you are interested in and the number of guests. Choose the accommodation option that suits your needs and complete your booking. You will receive a booking confirmation and details of the accommodation conditions by email.
Payment and settlement
Pay a refundable deposit of €150 and the cost of accommodation. Upon receipt of your payment, our administrators will provide you with an access code to the apartment's electronic lock.

Submit your application
On the main page or on the page of any aparthotel, fill out an application form to select an apartment. Include all necessary information and submit the form.
Application processing by administrator
After you submit your application, our administrator will review the available apartments that match the details you provided. You will be contacted via the WhatsApp number specified in your application form to discuss available options.
Administrator's response
The administrator will contact you via the WhatsApp number provided in the form. You will be offered apartment options that best match your preferences.

Prepayment of reservation
To reserve the apartment, please make a payment of €150. This amount will serve as a security deposit and will be refunded to your account upon your departure.
Document confirming the reservation
After paying the refundable deposit, you will receive a document confirming the reservation. This document will include details of the reserved apartment, arrival and departure dates, booking amount, and contact information.
Payment and settlement
Please pay the cost of your stay prior to checking into the apartment. Once payment is confirmed, our administrators will provide you with an access code to the apartment's electronic lock.
